The Presidency


Our hotel always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene. With the risks associated with COVID 19, and in accordance with World Health Organization and Ministry of Tourism guidelines, we have implemented a number of additional measures across all our hotels.

  • Temperature reading of guests is taken at the entrance of the hotel. Temperature reading on non-residential guests and team members are also taken once a day.
  • Guest must register with Arogya App during visit to hotel.
  • Sanitization of luggage before entry to the hotel.
  • A guest check-in self-declaration form is in place which covers COVID-19 symptoms. Any guest who indicates these symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.
  • If any of the parameters for our guests or colleagues are not normal, a medical examination and medical assistance are provided immediately.
  • Provide surgical masks to guests, approved by doctors if they develop respiratory symptoms & also has facilities of doctor on call or shifting of guest to the nearest medical for quick action in such cases.
  • All supplies and materials are sanitised before being admitted into the hotel premises.
  • For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitized after guests check out, kept vacant for 24 hours and then allocated
  • Single use disposable amenities provided in rooms & replenishment on request.
  • Restriction on visitors to the guest rooms.
  • Smoking is not allowed
  • No housekeeping service for 72 hours
  • Try to avoid cash transaction, express check-in & check-out with minimal contact encouraging digital transactions
  • Enhanced deep cleaning and sanitization protocol followed in guest rooms during stay & after departure.
  • All crockery and utensils used at the buffet counters, including tongs, spoons and under liner are changed and sanitized every 30 minutes.
  • Sprayer with professionally identified chemicals is being used to disinfect the hotel entrances, employee entrances, as well as various public areas.
  • All touch points in public areas like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitiser/ disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during the morning housekeeping service and at turndown in the evening.
  • Masks and disposable gloves are being worn by all team members at all times and changed frequently. Housekeeping staff use fresh gloves for every room they service.
  • In-room dining(breakfast, lunch, dinning) as per timing with fixed menu.
  • Limited room supplies are made available. For additional needs, call on touch.
  • As per Govt. directives, restaurant, bar, club, fitness centre are not operational.
  • Social distancing norms (6 feet) followed by all associates.

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand your travel plans will be affected, given these unprecedented times. For any reservations currently being held for travel dates till 30th September, 2020, you may choose to cancel these with no penalties. If you have paid booking deposits, you may choose to either hold them with us for future travel until 31st December, 2020 or ask for a refund.
  • If you made your reservations through Travel Agents or travel websites, we request you to contact them to cancel the reservations.
  • We would also like to assure you that we are entirely flexible with all new reservations and have instituted a policy that allows you to cancel your reservation at any time.
