Reservation Policy:

Please note that guests should carry their valid Identity Proof (Driving License/ Passport/Election Card/Adhar Card) at the time of Check-in. PAN Card not accepted. If anybody fails to produce then hotel will deny to check in and no refund shall given.

• Standard & Family rooms is located different block of Hotel (Classic Block)

Hotel Policy:

• It is mandatory for guests to present original valid photo id at the time of check-in.
• The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-5 years.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Check-in time & Check-out time is 12 PM.
• The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services & facilities (such as room service, all outlets, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged & Settle at the time of service.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission.
• Management does not take responsibility for Valuables left in Room.
• Any damage to the Property or belonging will be charged.
• Unmarried couples are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No meetings in Room.
• Lady visitors are not allowed in room
• Guests of Hotel Residents will be allowed stay in the room till 10.00pm. (Female to female & male to male)

Kindly Note:- Our hotel check in & check out time is 12:00 noon, Early check in (between 04 AM to 07 AM) & late check out (after 02 PM to 06 PM) to be charged 50 % on offered tariff and check in before 04 AM and check out after 06 PM will be on 100 % on offered tariff per room or advance to be deposit at the time of check in.

Child Policy:- Child under 5year old is consider as complimentary stay, above 5year old is consider as extra adult on extra person charge.

Cancellation / No-show policy:- Non-refund (Only can be adjust on same financial year)
